Band and orchestra experience. Choir and vocal instruction. Written songs for major artists. Theory and composition, audio and midi recording, plus music business. Perform instruments in the 4 instrument families Music, film, and entertainment consultation.

I possess 20 years of teaching music. This includes everything from heading a music department to music director to instructing classes in music appreciation and choir. Plus owning, MusicArts.

My elementary experience is in Orff and Kodaly, Suzuki, and Montessori methods. At the secondary level, I have taught band, orchestra, jazz band, piano, guitar and choir. Having headed a district and teaching at the University of Phoenix, I understand the links and needs of each stage.

I am adept at several instruments of the orchestra.

In the interim, I developed and have taught in highly successful music programs in LA, OC and San Bernardino counties; plus lectured at USC, UCLA, Pasadena College,etc. In addition, I am a veteran professional musician and member of Local #47 of Los Angeles.

Also, being a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, cum laude, I possess excellent training in educational and curriculum development, educational disabilities; testing, assessment and evaluation, and diversity.

Endowed with the ability to reach people, I share it with true appreciation. This is a high point among my faculty, staff, and students.
