I can confidently say that my biggest strength as a teacher is a high level of dedication towards the success of my students. I spend a lot of time outside of lessons preparing unique materials for each student, and always strive hard to see them improve, enjoying the process as they go along.
I teach at Freelove Music School on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, and also do in home lessons. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you soon!

“Adam is an exceptional teacher! He’s well-prepared, thorough, professional, and immediately makes you feel at ease. He works at your pace and modifies his instruction based on your needs, skill level, and wants. I have a specific genre of music I want to learn and he was open to helping me with that as well as giving me a good foundation in basic theory. He’s also super flexible with scheduling and very fair in price. So glad I found him and rediscovered my love for the bass again!?

“Adam is fine bass player and instructor. As an ‘adult learner’ I appreciate his willingness to start out with the bassics (pun intended!) and build from there. His enthusiasm is contagious and I’m making great progress with his help. I recommend him highly.?
